Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Eli (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to the Eli iOS application and the elileads.com website.

2. What Eli Does

Eli is a relationship intelligence assistant. It connects to your email and calendar accounts to surface follow-ups, track commitments, and generate draft replies. For full details on how your data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

3. AI-Generated Content

Eli uses artificial intelligence to generate draft email replies, insights, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and choosing to send any message.
  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Eli does not guarantee the correctness of any generated content.
  • Eli is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content for professional decisions.
  • You are solely responsible for any communications you send using Eli's drafts.

4. Account and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Eli.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected email accounts.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Eli for any unlawful purpose or to send spam
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
  • Access other users' data or accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App

6. Intellectual Property

Eli, its design, code, and AI models are owned by Celeri RL. Your email content, calendar data, and personal information remain yours. By using Eli, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the App's functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings. This permanently removes all your data.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the App in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.
  • Upon termination, all your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eli is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated content, including sent emails.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
